What's going on with your helium hard drive
Helium drives pack up to ten platters into a sealed enclosure. Opening one is far more delicate than a standard drive: the internals are denser, the seal is welded, and the heads are tuned for helium's lower turbulence.
Signs you need recovery
- Helium level SMART warning
- Drive dropped out of a NAS or array
- Clicking on a high-capacity drive
- Drive detected with wrong model or capacity

Our process
- Free evaluationShip it, drop it off, or request courier pickup. We log the device into chain of custody on arrival.
- Diagnosis & fixed quoteEngineers find the exact fault and send a fixed quote. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
- Device-specific recoveryControlled-atmosphere work in the cleanroom with helium-specific donor heads and imaging profiles.
- Recovery & verificationWe image the media, rebuild the data and send a file list so you can confirm what matters is there.
- Secure returnYour data returns on a new encrypted drive or secure download. Working copies are destroyed after you confirm.
