1. Agreement
By using this website or sending us a device, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Ownership and authorization
You confirm you own the device and data, or have the legal right to authorize recovery. For cryptocurrency wallets we require proof of ownership and may decline any case we cannot verify.
3. Evaluation and quotes
Evaluations are free. After diagnosis we provide a written quote. No recovery work is performed without your approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
4. No data, no charge
If we cannot recover the data you designate as critical, you owe nothing for the recovery attempt. Optional services you approve (such as return media or expedited shipping) may still apply.
5. Risk
Damaged media can fail further during recovery. We use industry-standard methods to minimize risk, but we cannot guarantee any outcome.
6. Unclaimed devices
If you decline a quote or do not respond for 60 days, we may securely recycle the device after written notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to services requested after the update.
