For clients in Germany and the wider EU, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) before any device ships, plus an international courier label and export paperwork. Devices travel tracked to our US lab under documented chain of custody.
- Free remote evaluationTell us what happened by chat, phone or the evaluation form. We tell you whether remote recovery is possible or the device needs our lab.
- Secure shipping or remote sessionPrepaid tracked courier with paperwork prepared for you, or an encrypted, audited remote session for logical cases.
- Fixed quote before any workPricing is confirmed in writing after diagnosis. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
- Encrypted returnRecovered data returns on a new encrypted drive by tracked courier, or by secure download. Working copies are destroyed after you confirm.
Data protection for German clients
We handle personal data in line with the GDPR (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), alongside our own SOC 2 Type II controls and documented chain of custody. Business clients can request a data processing agreement and NDA before shipping.
